The Office of Student Services is the GPS for GSAS, assisting students who are having academic or personal difficulties in navigating and connecting with GSAS, Harvard, and local resources.
The Student Services team provides advice and ongoing support to students on a variety of issues, making referrals to other services as necessary. They connect with students who may be experiencing academic or personal challenges to provide them support, help them navigate and connect to resources, and strategize and problem-solve. They assist students in emergency situations and provide guidance to Harvard faculty and staff regarding students of concern.
Whatever your concern, Student Services is a great place to start.
The office leads GSAS Welcomes orientation events and partners with other offices and student leaders to schedule wellness-focused initiatives and programming. Located in the GSAS Student Center, the office maintains a bulletin board with tips, tricks, and engaging wellness reminders. Students can drop by Office B-2 and can reach out by phone or email. GSAS students and those looking to support GSAS students are welcome to book appointments with staff at the office’s booking page. The Student Services team is here to assist and support GSAS however they can!
