Residents who are receiving a degree at Commencement may remain in the halls until Friday, May 28, 2027, at noon. Move-In Hours

Move-in hours for August 2026 will be communicated to all incoming residents in the summer. There will be extended move-in hours from Friday, August 21 to Sunday, August 30. Starting Monday, August 31, students will need to get their key from Lehman Hall, Room 203, during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.).

Please note: Sudden, unannounced arrivals occurring outside move-in hours are subject to a fee.

Early Arrival

Early arrivals are not permitted.

Billing & Payment

The Office of Residential Life does not collect payments for room or meal plan fees. These fees will be billed to residents' student accounts in two installments. The fall term room and meal fees will be billed by early August and the spring term room and meal fees will be billed in late November. Because the fall term is slightly longer than the spring term, the room and meal plan fees for the fall term are more than half the overall fees.

The University offers a monthly payment plan for students who want to split their housing fees into monthly installments. Any questions regarding this plan or payment deadlines should be directed to Student Financial Services
