Nancy Wilker, PhD ’97, medical sciences (immunology), also holds a JD (Suffolk University, magna cum laude) and is a patent attorney at Seqirus, Inc., a recently formed pharmaceutical company that is the second largest influenza vaccine provider in the world.  In her practice, Nancy uses her scientific background in cellular and molecular immunology and her legal experience in patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, to help her company obtain intellectual property rights, maximize value for those rights, and avoid problems. Previously, she was a partner at Sunstein Kann Murphy & Timbers LLP and the Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at Cell Signaling Technology, Inc. She is currently the co-chair of the Women of Color Committee of the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts. She lives in Lexington, Massachusetts with her husband and two children.
