Nancy Wilker

NANCY WILKER, PhD ’97, medical sciences, also holds a JD from Suffolk University and is an intellectual property and corporate attorney focused on the medical device/biotech/pharma space.  She is the in-house counsel of Hemostasis-Fiagon, XFINIO, and Hemerus Medical, as well as the president of Protection Pal LLC. With her scientific background in immunology and her legal experience in intellectual property (e.g., patents) and various corporate matters, Nancy helps her clients maximize their value through their assets. Previously, she was a partner at Sunstein LLP, an associate at WilmerHale, and has served as in-house counsel at various small and mid-sized life sciences companies including Vedanta Biosciences, Biogen, Cell Signaling Technology, and Fog Pharmaceuticals. She currently resides in Lexington, Massachusetts.
