Nancy Wilker

NANCY WILKER, PhD ’97, medical sciences, also holds a JD from Suffolk University and is an intellectual property attorney focused on the biotech/pharma space and President of Protection Pal LLC. With her scientific background in immunology and her legal experience in IP law (e.g. patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets) and various corporate matters, Nancy helps her clients maximize their value through their intellectual property assets. Previously, she was a partner at Sunstein LLP, an associate at WilmerHale, and has served as in-house counsel at various small and mid-sized life sciences companies including Vedanta Biosciences, Biogen, Cell Signaling Technology, and Fog Pharmaceuticals. She lives in Lexington, Massachusetts with her husband and two children.
