All graduating students participating in the University-wide Commencement and the Harvard Griffin GSAS Diploma Awarding Ceremonies are required to wear the official Harvard regalia as approved by the Harvard University Commencement Office.
Grad Fair 2025
Harvard's regalia vendor Herff Jones will be hosting a Grad Fair from March 6-8, 2025, at the Harvard Square COOP, located at 1400 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge, MA. If you plan to purchase your regalia, this will be your last opportunity to be measured!
Grad Fair Dates & Times
- Thursday, March 6: 12:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Friday, March 7: 12:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Saturday, March 8: 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Ordering Your Regalia
Before placing your orders, please reference the Regalia Ordering Guide to ensure you order the proper gown for the degree(s) you are receiving.
Dual Degree Recipients (MD/PhD, JD/PhD, MS/MBA)
If you are a dual degree recipient, please be sure to select “Dual Degree” when prompted during the ordering processes below to ensure you receive the proper gown.
Purchasing Regalia
Graduates can purchase custom regalia online. To ensure delivery in time for Commencement, please place your custom regalia orders no later than March 15, 2025. Orders placed after this date may incur additional fees and are not guaranteed to arrive prior to Commencement.

Renting Regalia
Graduates can order rental regalia online, with options to ship to your home or to the Harvard Square COOP bookstore. To ensure delivery in time for Commencement, please place your orders by April 10, 2025.
