All graduating students participating in the University-wide Commencement and/or the Harvard Griffin GSAS Diploma Awarding ceremonies are required to wear the official Harvard regalia as approved by the Harvard University Commencement Office and distributed by Herff Jones.
The deadlines to purchase or rent regalia for use at Commencement this May have passed.
Regalia Pickup & Returns
If shipped to the Harvard COOP Bookstore, your regalia can be picked up at the Harvard Square COOP location from Monday, May 19, through Wednesday, May 28, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET. The COOP will also be open at 6 a.m. on Commencement Day, Thursday, May 29.
Rental regalia must be returned to the Harvard COOP Bookstore by Friday, June 13. If shipped directly to you, use the return label included in your package to send your regalia back within 7-10 days after Commencement. Alternatively, you can drop your rental regalia off at the Bookstore.
