USEFUL LINKS

At the Center for Wellness and Health Promotion (CWHP), students can participate in a wide range of activities, including workshops that highlight activities to enhance well-being, such as massage and acupuncture services, yoga, meditation, Pilates, and other group classes.

CWHP also provides programs and services aimed at reducing the negative consequences associated with alcohol and substance abuse through prevention, education, intervention, policy development, and coordination with treatment providers. They collaborate with students and staff throughout the University to create a comprehensive substance abuse prevention program and use a risk-reduction approach. Students interested in these services can reach out to basics@huhs.harvard.edu.
