Sean Yu

SEAN YU, SM ’95, applied sciences, AM ’03, urban planning, is the founder of ZillionSource Technologies, a company specialized in cloud platform, artificial intelligence, and hardware devices for the Internet of Things applications. Yu founded Regent Advisors, a financial advisory firm helping startups raise VC capital, and has been serving as its managing director. Earlier in his career, he served as head of an investment banking firm and senior executive at a global enterprise software company, where he was part of the effort to successfully acquire and integrate a few dozen software companies and then list the combined entity on Nasdaq. He also served at the Harvard Institute for International Development, conducting economic and policy analyses. In addition to his service at the Harvard Kenneth C. Griffin Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, Yu has served as a vice president of the Harvard Business School Alumni Club of Shanghai.
