Kristin Qian received her PhD in biological and biomedical sciences from Harvard University, where she studied epigenetic regulation of transcription and chromatin dynamics. As a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School, she investigates the spatial organization of the tumor-immune microenvironment in cancer. She’s always had a passion for science communication, writing, and editing, and is looking forward to helping graduate students with their writing projects. Outside of lab, you can find Kristin performing in various orchestras around the city, going to concerts, or trying out new restaurants.
