Grief can feel especially isolating while navigating the demands of university life. This group offers a supportive space for students to talk about coping with significant loss. Students who have experienced the death of a loved one, sibling, partner, or friend – whether recently or in the past – are welcome.

Got imposter syndrome? What’s the difference between perfectionism and striving for excellence? How much fear and anxiety is rooted in believing that you are never doing enough or not worthy enough? Each session explores a different skill that can support you in understanding perfectionism.
Everyone is welcome to attend. We generally speak in Spanish for the whole meeting, though people often look words up during the conversation or ask their peers if they don't know how to say it in Spanish -- this is very encouraged! If a student is uncomfortable speaking, they are welcome to sit in and listen.
Welcome to the Portuguese Language Table. A great opportunity to get to know other Portuguese learners, practice your Portuguese, and share with other peers your passion for the language and the culture from the Lusophony - the Portuguese-speaking countries and regions such as Angola, Brazil, and Portugal. People from all levels, from beginners to native speakers, are welcome!
