Harvard Ombuds Office

The Ombuds Office supports a culture that is ethical and civil, and in which mutual understanding can be reached and differences resolved through respectful dialogue and appropriate processes.

Harvard Transportation & Parking

Harvard provides safe and reliable transportation and parking for the University community, including shuttle and van service, fleet management, and the CommuterChoice Program. 

MBTA Semester Pass Program

Eligible PhD students at the Harvard Kenneth C. Griffin Graduate School of Arts and Sciences can apply their transportation stipends toward the purchase of a semester MBTA local bus, link (bus and subway), or commuter rail passes (all zones) at an 11 percent discount off the full retail price.

Office of Work/Life

The Office of Work/Life administers a variety of programs that provide resources for child care, after-school programs, public or private schools, or elder care. 

Shuttle Buses

Shuttle buses serve the Cambridge and Allston campuses and the Longwood Medical Area. 

TimelyCare

Harvard students who have paid the Student Health Fee have free access to virtual care services with TimelyCare — the virtual health and well-being platform designed for university students.
