In addition to being a fellow with the Office of Culture, Community, and Engagement (CCE), Christopher is a third-year PhD student in biological and biomedical sciences (BBS) at Harvard Medical School. He is originally from Central California and went to UCLA for his undergraduate studies. At UCLA, Christopher was a part of an amazing program called HHMI Pathways to Success, which prioritizes providing a community for underrepresented students in science. Participating in that program ignited his desire to create and maintain representation for everyone in science and higher education in general.
