Marianne Steiner, SM and MEng ’78, applied mathematics, is the newly appointed chair of The Graduate School Alumni Association (GSAA) Council.

MARIANNE STEINER, SM and MEng ’78, applied mathematics, is the founder and principal of Larkspur Marketing and Larkspur Energy Group. Her firms specialize in developing new growth strategies and comprehensive marketing programs for clients ranging from large publicly held corporations to early stage companies and nonprofit organizations. Previously, Steiner held a variety of executive positions with MCI and GE, spearheading the successful launch of new lines of business and marketing programs. She is a member of the Associates Committee of the Harvard Graduate School Fund and has served as a trustee of the National Cathedral School for Girls and Beauvoir, the National Cathedral Elementary School, in Washington, DC.
