Ariane Schwartz

ARIANE SCHWARTZ, PhD ’11, the classics, works at McKinsey & Company, where she leads teams to help clients build capabilities and accelerate organizational transformations at the Leadership Academy. She has extensive experience working with clients across core management topics including problem solving, communications, strategy, and team management. She taught for several years at Dartmouth, UCLA, and Harvard. She also co-founded the Society for Early Modern Classical Reception (a Society for Classical Studies/Renaissance Society of America affiliate group) and has been recognized as an innovator across several digital humanities initiatives, including the Quantitative Criticism Lab (based at UT-Austin). She has served on the board of Buckingham, Browne, and Nichols School where she also chaired the Alumni Council. She received her bachelor's and master's degrees in classical studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
