There are supports and resources available to students with concerns about discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, or other sexual misconduct, including stalking, domestic violence, and dating violence. Title IX Resource Coordinators can help those facing sexual harassment and other sexual misconduct. Local Designated Resources are the individuals who can help those facing discrimination or bullying.

Anonymous Reporting
Anonymous disclosures of sexual harassment or other sexual misconduct may be submitted to the Non-Discrimination and Anti-Bullying (NDAB) and Title IX compliance team via the Resource for Online Anonymous Disclosures (ROAD).

Local Designated Resources
Harvard maintains a network of Local Designated Resources (LDRs) who support community members with concerns related to discrimination and bullying. LDRs can help you connect with specialized resources, understand University policies and your rights, and explore options for addressing concerning conduct and preventing future harm.

CSNDR consists of three teams—the confidential SHARE Team (Sexual Harassment/Assault Resources and Education), the Prevention Team, and the NDAB and Title IX Compliance Team. Community members may contact these teams for support at any time.
Anonymous Reporting
Under NDAB policies, reports can be made anonymously and recorded. However, the ability of the University to address anonymous reports may be limited. Please review the CSNDR’s website to learn more about anonymous reporting for NDAB concerns.
SHARE: Sexual Harassment/Assault Resources and Education (Confidential)
SHARE is a survivor-centered, confidential resource available to all undergraduate and graduate students, staff, faculty, and postdoctoral researchers.
Prevention Team
The Prevention Team engages community members in collaborative learning, development, and outreach initiatives designed to reduce harm, improve systems, and catalyze culture change.
